I have to admit after dropping in on his Dr.Oz show, I found him to be on the weird side. But obviously the weird science geek that he is, must be doing something right because he is a prominent physician who knows what he is talking about.

Food Can Fix It is stocked up to the brim with helpful information on what foods we need to eat to fight all kinds of ailments including the common cold. There’s so much information, recipes and beautiful pictures, but I have to say I did not find Food Can Fix It intimidating. Food Can Fix It is separated into numerous categories of helpfulness, which makes for easy reading.
