GONE WITH THE WIND STAND BACK, THE ALICE NETWORK HAS TAKEN OVER!

AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL: THE ALICE NETWORK HAS IT ALL—

Beautifully written, Kate Quinn weaves a tapestry of stories together involving two fearless women covering the WWII era and demonstrating how cunning and quick-witted Eve has become after her stint as a spy during the WWI era.

The Alice Network proves strong women even as far back as the 1910’s and in the 1940’s, will become heroines of their time. Women were treated like they always had to have a man’s approval and had to have a father or husband to create a life for them, back then. Women were treated so differently until we women took it upon ourselves to fight for our freedom. With women starting their own companies today, and standing on our own two feet, we may feel today that we don’t need a man to do anything for us, but even though we are strong, we women still need a strong, supportive, loving partner in our lives.

However, The Alice Network proves women can do what only men were doing during WWI, that of espionage and during and after WWII how women were leading lives with courage and strength of purpose.

Kate Quinn’s The Alice Network is Gone With The Wind-like at times, over flowing with drama, but once Charlie and Eve decide to do something, they put their gloves on and start working with a determination we women all need to decide to do everyday. It’s making the decision, making the plans and sticking with them that is difficult, but these two very different women get it done!

Quinn has written a masterful book of enthralling proportions. It is hard NOT to get involved with the two main characters in The Alice Network! From the very beginning I felt Charlie’s and Eve’s pain just from Kate Quinn’s stunning descriptions.

About 500 pages in length, this is not a one day read, but The Alice Network deserves to be read for the brilliant writing, and the beautiful stories written inside this stunning narrative. Momzinga.com.
