THINKING THURSDAY: REWIRE YOUR BRAIN TO THINK POSITIVE THOUGHTS

THINKING THURSDAY—MAKE EVERYDAY A HAPPY LOVE-FILLED, FUN DAY—

My husband tells me to make it a happy day. He tells me this everyday. He never complains. It must be in his nature from being raised by two people who never complained about anything. I on the other hand, whine about everything. I literally make everyday a difficult day. I make it harder than it has to be. But I know this and I am changing—not trying to change but changing the way I think to make a better life.

ONLINE STUDY OF NEGATIVE THINKERS—

I saw a study online, on Facebook of all things from a friend who said, the more we complain, the more negative thoughts we think, the more we rewire our brains to think in negative patterns. I am living proof of this. I can make a beautiful, sunny day into a horror movie in my mind. I can make a local park seem like Dracula himself will be visiting to suck out my blood, instead of thinking how beautiful it is outside, how green the grass is, how sunny and warm it is.

So, why not rewire your brain to think positive thoughts? Do it now. Think positive thoughts. Answer people with positive feelings. Gear whatever you say to be a positive comment.

The media is doing it’s best to create negativity with whatever President Donald Trump does, says, or doesn’t do. Whatever his family members do, the media, politicians, Hillary Clinton, Maxine Waters, Pelosi, Schumer—-all of the Liberal left , the Liberal media, the elite Hollywood actors who make millions per movie and all those people who live in a dreamland make life miserable for those of us who listen.

The key here is to stop listening to the negative people, live your live in a happy manner. Enjoy your life. Everyday!

I have written posts about living positively before, but I’m still seeing so many negative comments, (okay, hate filled, hurtful comments online), that we need to change. I fall into this trap also, and say negative things. I don’t want to anymore. I want to do and say positive things. I want to be a positive person.

REWIRE YOUR BRAIN TO THINK POSITIVE THOUGHTS—

WE ALL need to live life in a positive, happy manner. Smile more often, laugh from the bottom of your stomach, say Hello to strangers, read a good book, and go to a local park—maybe with a friend, and a clove of garlic around your neck to ward off those blood thirsty vampires. But enjoy your day, this hour, your life, and go to the beach and listen to the waves hit the shore and build a sandcastle in the sand. Love your life. Think positive thoughts! Momzinga.com,
