TACO TUESDAY: STRAWBERRY FROZEN YOGURT—You Are Your Own Gym which has numerous delicious, healthy, tasty recipes filled with energy-making goodness you might want to try!! INGREDIENTS–

I cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1/2 tablespoon chopped almonds

DIRECTIONS—

Combine all ingredients except the almonds in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Stir in the almonds and serve immediately or put in an airtight container and freeze.
