You do not have to join an expensive gym, or pay for any expensive weight loss program. You can lose weight by simply drinking more water. Drink ice water and lose even more calories. You may not think about what you drink as making you overweight, but many times that is where a major part of your daily calories come from. Lose weight, get in better shape and love the one you’re with. LOL!

7 Ways to LOSE WEIGHT BY DRINKING MORE WATER—-

1. Stop guzzling soda. Soda is high calorie junk which adds fattening calories.
2. Add water to soda, and those alcohol drinks while sipping wine during a meal and while entertaining friends.
3. Add more ice to drinks—which will melt causing you to drink more water.
4. Sip water all day, replacing high calorie drinks with NO calorie drinks. Add a lemon slice to the water making it taste better. Water fills you up—causing less food consumption, and drinking less of the fattening stuff.
5. Drink cold water—which makes your body work harder, using calories to warm up.
6. Drink glasses of water between the alcohol-laden drinks. They contain no calories, make your stomach feel fuller and will rehydrate your body. Alcohol dehydrates!
7. Do not drink low calorie diet sodas. They cause tastebuds to crave more artificial sweeteners!
