Here’s a different way to make scrambled eggs in a healthier way for your family. SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH OILVE OIL AND CHEESE—

INGREDIENTS—
8 eggs
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Fontina cheese, or any soft grated cheese

DIRECTIONS—
Add eggs, milk and salt to a bowl, beat with whisk or fork.
Add oil and beaten oil mixture to non stick pan placed on medium to high heat.
Sprinkle the cheese over the top of eggs and mix into the pan with a rubber spatula
Continue stirring the eggs gently cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until reaching your desired consistency.
Serve on warmed plates.
