Momzinga’s TACO TUESDAY: Plantpower’s Dijon Honey Dressing

Use this salad dressing with salad or with just about any other food, such as grilled veggies, potatoes, asparagus, or artichokes. Dijon honey dressing has a spicy, sweet taste that will liven up your day or your night. Honey is a good source of antibiotics—-which is something I recently learned by reading numerous healthy books. So this may keep you healthier or help get rid of an illness—naturally! Recipe comes from the brilliantly beautiful book—Plantpower Way:

2 tablespoons high quality Dijon mustard
1 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Juice from one small lemon
2 tablespoons filtered water
Celtic sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon fresh dill
1 lavender bloom from your garden or local farmer’s market

Add all the ingredients to a mason jar, screw on the lid, and shake. Adjust the seasonings to taste. This dressing will keep for about a week in the refrigerator. This recipe has been taken from the book—The Plantpower Way.
