TACO TUESDAY: Take the Challenge–Vow to Eat Healthier Foods!

VOW TO EAT HEALTHY FOODS AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY!

When the cold settles in, gray days abound, ice and snow become the norm, our bodies start craving fattening foods. Our bodies and our minds start wanting to store up fat just in case we need the extra calories. Just in case we get stuck in our homes or in a car on a snow packed mountain road, or on a regular city street when you suddenly find yourself stuck in a blizzard after leaving work one day.

That’s when your body kicks in and ravenously desires fattening , high calorie foods. You have to combat your body craving high fat foods, high carbs and sugary sweetness.
TAKE THE CHALLENGE—
Do yourself a favor, fight weight gain by eating lighter, lower calorie, healthy foods. I am doing this right now! I vow to eat more salads, more fruit and more healthy foods, skip over the high fat foods like those cookies downstairs literally calling my name! I vow to eat more fruit, more low sodium foods, and work out more and put more effort into my workouts to lose weight. MOMZINGA.COM

VOW TO EAT HEALTHY FOODS!—-
Work out more often , eat healthier, lower calorie foods, and eat an orange tonight instead of 4 cookies, or a bowl of ice cream.
